Roles:
To-date we have successfully placed candidates in the following roles in
Ireland.
Manufacturing
General Operatives in a variety of factories, including line assembly and
packaging.
Call Centres
Customer Services for call centres bellnor
Support Services
Contract Cleaning Roles in factories, airports and other large facilities.
Hotels
We are providing staff to hotels for Bar/Restaurant, Chefs, Housekeeping
staff on a full time, contract and seasonal basis.
Candidate bank
We have conducted a number of candidate recruitment drives for Qualified
Estonian People ( EU citzens) that would like to work abroad in these types
of roles. Currently we have approximately 400 candidates who want to travel
for both Contract work (3 to 12Months) and/or permanent roles. All
candidates are fully reference checked and where required a police record
check can also be provided. This document can be translated into English and
notarised. All references reports are also provided in English.
Relocation to your country:
One aspect of recruitment people from Eastern Europe has been the relocation
process. This has now been made all that much easier with the direct flights
from Tallinn in to many capitasl in Europe. Bellnor can co-ordinate all
travel arrangements and the locations of accommodation convenient to
candidates work locations. We recognise that it is important that the
relocation goes as smoothly as possible therefore ensuring people will work
to their best in their new roles.
Specialised Recruitment Drive:
If you have a specific recruitment project an require a larger number of
candidates for a fixed period we can arrange to host open day interviews
with your HR colleagues in Tallinn. This provides you with the opportunity
to meet a large number of candidates face to face over a short period of
time. This exercise was recently proven to be very successful for a client
where they meet with over 70 candidates in two days resulting in 40 Jobs
offers.
